Every song on this album was a very old song for which I finally found a place. For example: ‘Bright! Bright! Bright!’ was written 7 years before this. ‘I looked up and saw the sky’ is the song my very first EP (with Christopher) is named after, half of those lyrics were written 8 years before finishing them for this album. Me and the Phantoms were playing ’Skeletons theme’ for years, we just never recorded it.

It’s a somewhat ‘cleaner’ sounding album, lots of country-like feels and ‘60s psychedelia.

Erik Oexman plays the drums, Mischa Hager plays guitar on 'TV', 'Diddly Diddly' and 'Ode To Flashing Lights'. Puck Ingen Housz sings on ‘TV' and 'I Know Nothing’. The drums were recorded by Massoud Saidi and Erik Oexman at Drumschool Arnhem. Most vocals were recorded by Wannes Salome at Vlagasound Rotterdam. Mastered by Rutger Marsman.
